1. Introduction

Welcome to Green Village. These Terms and Conditions govern the use, purchase, lease, and residency within Green Village. By purchasing property, renting, or residing in Green Village, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Eligibility

• All buyers, tenants, and residents must provide valid identification documents.
• Any agreement must be executed through proper legal documentation.
• The management reserves the right to refuse admission or services if terms are violated.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A booking amount must be paid to confirm reservation of any plot/unit.
• The remaining payment must be made according to the agreed installment schedule.
• Delay in payment may result in late fees or cancellation of allotment.
• All payments must be made through official banking channels in favor of Green Village.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Booking money may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per agreement.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30–60 working days after approval.

5. Property Use Policy

• The property must be used only for residential purposes (unless otherwise approved).
• Commercial or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Structural changes or modifications require prior written approval from management.

6. Community Rules & Regulations

• Residents must maintain peace, security, and cleanliness within the community.
• Noise levels should be kept within acceptable limits, especially during nighttime.
• Disposal of waste must follow the environmental guidelines set by Green Village.
• Pets are allowed only under proper supervision and must not disturb others.

7. Maintenance & Service Charges

• Residents are required to pay monthly/annual maintenance charges.
• Charges may include security, cleaning, landscaping, electricity for common areas, and water supply.
• Failure to pay maintenance fees may result in service suspension or penalties.

8. Security & Safety

• Green Village will provide standard security services; however, residents are responsible for personal belongings.
• The management will not be liable for theft, loss, or damage due to unforeseen events.
• Residents must follow safety instructions during emergencies.

9. Utilities & Infrastructure

• Electricity, water, gas, and other utility services are subject to availability from respective authorities.
• Green Village management will facilitate connections but will not be responsible for third-party service interruptions.

10. Environmental Commitment

• Green Village promotes eco-friendly living.
• Cutting trees, damaging landscaping, or polluting the environment is strictly prohibited.
• Residents are encouraged to follow sustainable living practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising between the buyer/resident and Green Village management shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the project’s location.

12. Amendments

• Green Village management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be communicated to residents accordingly.

13. Acceptance

By signing the booking form, agreement, or by residing within Green Village, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
